Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to private tour services arranged by Luoyang Joy Tours for international travelers.

Quotes & booking

All prices are quoted in US dollars per private group and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability and you confirm acceptance of the quote. The final price depends on travel dates, group size, hotel standard and pickup city.

What is included

Unless stated otherwise, our tours include an English-speaking guide, a licensed vehicle and driver, listed attraction tickets, and pickup from agreed points in Luoyang. Overnight tours include the stated hotel room and breakfast. Air or rail tickets, visas, meals (unless listed), personal expenses and cross-city transfers are not included unless explicitly confirmed.

Changes & cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible to change dates. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with each booking.
